Kintsugi — repaired with gold
Broken pieces rebuilt with gold, so the repair becomes the most beautiful part of the object. We were the first studio in Jordan to teach it.
Raku — fired by flame and smoke
Pulled from the kiln glowing and dropped into combustible material. The smoke decides the surface, so no two pieces are ever the same.
Kurinuki — carved from a solid block
Rather than building clay up, you hollow it out. The tool marks stay, and that texture is the character of the piece.
Glass painting & stained glass
Creme relief for raised outlines, translucent colour between them. The finished panels glow when light passes through.
