Kurinuki masterclass: questions and answers

Do I need any pottery experience?

No. The masterclass is made for beginners and all skill levels. We guide you step by step, and all tools and materials are provided.

What will I make?

You carve and hollow a solid block of clay into your own small vessel, such as a tea bowl or cup, in the Japanese Kurinuki way. Every piece comes out different, shaped by your own tool marks.

What is included in the 25 JOD?

Step-by-step instruction, clay, tools, the firing of your piece, and snacks with coffee and tea.

When can I take my piece home?

We fire your piece after the workshop. It is ready in about 7 days. If you are leaving Amman sooner, tell us when you book and we can rush it in 2 to 3 days at no extra cost.

How do I book, and where are you?

Spots are limited, so please book ahead on WhatsApp (+962 79 809 8773) or through our booking page. We are at 26 Al-Farazdaq Street, Jabal Al-Lweibdeh, a short walk from Paris Circle.
