Gilgamesh for Creative Arts is a heritage house in Jabal Al-Lweibdeh, Amman. We run art workshops, host private groups and corporate teams, and serve food and drinks late into the night.
Opening hours
We open at 2pm every day.
If you book at least one day in advance we will open earlier for you — as early as 9am if that suits your group. This is worth knowing if you are visiting Amman on a tight schedule, or arranging a morning session for a company or school.
Find us
We are on Al-Farazdaq Street in Jabal Al-Lweibdeh, one of Amman’s oldest and most walkable neighbourhoods, close to Paris Circle. If you are coming by taxi, “Jabal Al-Lweibdeh, Al-Farazdaq Street” is enough for most drivers.

You can browse all ten workshops with prices and durations, book online, or simply message us and we will arrange a time. Group and corporate bookings are best arranged directly — see team building.

Do I need to book in advance?
For workshops, yes — sessions are small and places are limited. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm availability. For the cafe, you can simply walk in.
Can you open earlier than 2pm?
Yes. With at least one day’s notice we can open early for a booked session — as early as 9am. Message us on WhatsApp and tell us the time you need.
Do you speak English and Arabic?
Yes. Workshops can be run in either language — just tell us which you prefer when booking.
Can I visit without doing a workshop?
Of course. We are an art cafe as well as a studio. Come for coffee, food, an exhibition or one of our music and movie nights.
