This is real stained glass, made the traditional way. Rather than painting a design onto a sheet, you cut coloured glass to shape, wrap each piece in copper foil and solder them together — the same method behind the windows in historic churches and heritage buildings.
A genuine craft, in one session
Three hours is enough to produce a finished piece you would be happy to hang. You will cut, foil, solder and patina, and you will leave with something made entirely by you.
Why this one is 15 and over
Stained glass involves scored glass edges and a soldering iron at high temperature. We keep it to adults for that reason. If you are looking for something similar for a younger group, our glass painting workshop covers comparable ground without the heat and cutting.

Questions
Why is the minimum age 15?
The workshop involves cutting glass and using a soldering iron at high temperature. We keep it to adults for safety. Our glass painting workshop is the equivalent for younger participants.
Do I take my piece home the same day?
Yes. Unlike ceramics, stained glass needs no firing, so you leave with your finished piece.
Is it dangerous?
It is supervised throughout and we provide all safety equipment. Cut glass and hot solder require respect, and we will show you exactly how to handle both.
Can I make something specific?
Yes, within reason for a three-hour session. Tell us in advance what you have in mind and we will advise on whether it is achievable.
How much does it cost and what is included?
50 JOD per person, including the coloured glass, copper foil, solder, patina, all tools and safety equipment, and snacks with coffee and tea.
Do I need any experience?
No. Most people have never cut glass before, and we guide you through every step.
Is it taught in English?
Yes, in English or Arabic.
How do I book, and when can I come?
We are open daily from 2 PM to 2 AM, and the last session starts at 1 AM. Earlier times are possible if you book at least 12 hours ahead. Book online or on WhatsApp (+962 79 809 8773).
Is stained glass good for team building?
Yes. It is the workshop corporate groups choose most. See our team building page.
