Alongside our art workshops, Gilgamesh runs structured courses in filmmaking, photography and acting — taught practically, in Arabic or English, at our studio in Jabal Al-Lweibdeh.
Cinematography & Film Editing
An intensive course that takes you from the fundamentals to actually making a film. Our students have completed and screened their own short films.

Not a one-afternoon workshop

Are the courses taught in Arabic or English?
Both. Tell us which you prefer when you enquire and we will arrange it.
Do I need my own camera or equipment?
No. Bring your own if you have one and you will get more out of the practical sessions, but it is not required to join.
Do I need any experience?
No. All three courses start from the fundamentals. The acting course also has an intermediate level for those who have trained before.
